Project Coordinator
Job description
Inputting orders onto the works management system.
- Updating orders in the works management system (One Serve).
- Organising the operatives’ diaries (including booking appointments with the tenants).
- Monitoring job deadlines from the management system and communicating deadlines with teams.
- Creating purchase orders for materials and subcontractors.
- Analyzing cost per job (codes, invoice, material costs, etc.) on the management system.
- Closing orders on our internal works management system and client system.
- Liaising with clients and client portals.
- Creating and updating specifications of work.
- Supporting the business in creating quotes for small projects.
- Supporting the business with invoicing and general finance-related items.
- Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls.
- General administrative duties.
- Management of fleet.
