Hvac Engineer

Are you an experienced HVAC or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a Plumbing or HVAC background, looking for a new mobile role?

This national Facilities Services provider is expanding due to a new contract win, working across commercial buildings in Brighton and the South.

As an HVAC / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Your daily tasks will include:

1. Maintenance and repairs of plant rooms, including heating and ventilation systems
2. Servicing and troubleshooting plumbing and heating systems, including radiators, TRVs, sinks, and showers
3. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer (NVQ Level 2/3 in Heating & Ventilation or equivalent)
2. Strong knowledge of commercial buildings and plant rooms
3. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and heating system maintenance
