Salary Range: From £12 per hour (£23200.00 Per Annum)

About the Role

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of a Care Assistant in either Lincoln or Newark who meet the following criteria:

• Must require a visa sponsorship but currently living in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence (please do not apply if you haven’t yet passed your UK driving test)
• Your first year with us will be under a one-year sponsorship, with the intention of offering a longer-term sponsorship upon successful completion of the initial year.

The responsibilities and requirements of a Care Assistant are:

• Personal care – most often dressing, repositioning, mobility support and tasks relating to health and hygiene
• Basic housekeeping and cooking or helping with mealtimes
• Administering medication
• Accompanying them on trips and offering companionship and support
• Completing daily documentation of your visits on your smartphone (phone provided)
• Just provide a friendly face and a helping hand!
