Salesforce Change Manager

TechOhana have partnered with a Global Manufacturing Business that are looking for a Salesforce Change Manager on a contract basis. The client is globally known & has a fantastic vision, strategy & for the Salesforce Platform for 2025 & beyond.

The Role:

As a Salesforce Change Manager, you will be the bridge between technology and people, leading change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to maximize Salesforce adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute change management strategies for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
2. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and mitigate resistance to change.
3. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and communications to support adoption.
4. Work closely with Salesforce project teams, business units, and IT to align change initiatives with strategic goals.
5. Measure and analyze adoption rates, user feedback, and overall project success.
