Role Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing our product offerings to meet customer needs and market demand. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure our products deliver value and drive business growth. You'll need excellent technical writing and knowledge management capabilities to make product knowledge accessible and easy to understand for all our teams.

What You Will Do

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer requirements.
  2. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  3. Product Development: Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and launch new services and product enhancements.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and analysing feedback to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  5. Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
  6. Operational Alignment: Partner with operations and support teams to ensure smooth product delivery, implementation, and ongoing management.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  8. Documentation & Training: Ensure comprehensive product documentation and support the creation of training materials for internal teams and customers.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  10. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product delivery and performance.

What You Will Have

  1. Key Skills & Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager in an IT Managed Service Provider or technology-focused organisation.
    • Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and managed service offerings.
    • Experience in defining and delivering product roadmaps.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
    • Familiarity with Agile and other product development methodologies.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
