Manufacturing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

4. Work closely with senior leadership to scale operations and meet business objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in metalwork manufacturing and presswork.
2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a startup environment and drive operational success.
4. Experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
