Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 2
2. Assess and evaluate students regularly
3. Create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment
4. Monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to parents and senior staff
5. Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required
6. Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching skills
7. Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

Year 2 Teacher Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent
2. Experience in teaching Year 2 students in a UK Primary school
3. A strong understanding of the current National Curriculum for Year 2
4. Ability to create a stimulating and active learning environment
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Organisation and time-management skills to ensure efficient lesson planning and delivery
7. A commitment to ongoing professional development
