Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for handling brokerage activities, assisting clients in buying and selling properties, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales transactions. The role involves frequent communication with clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring all real property transactions comply with legal and financial requirements. The Real Estate Broker will also be responsible for market research, property listings, and client relationship management. In essence, we want you to work with other brokers and financers to close our deals and bolster our growth and reputation.

Qualifications

1. Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
2. Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
3. Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
7. Experience with real estate software and tools is a plus
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
