Job description

Salary/Rate: £35k - 40k per year + DOE + Bonus

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM & Saturday, 10 AM - 5 PM
Salary: £40K DOE + pension + uncapped commission

About the Role

Join a leading interiors company specializing in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke joinery. We are seeking a KBB Sales Specialist & Designer to drive sales, build client relationships, and deliver tailored design solutions. This is a client-facing role where you will guide customers through the sales and design journey, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to completion.

You’ll play a crucial role in business development, attending networking events, generating new leads, and closing sales. With a strong company reputation and a supportive team, this role offers excellent earning potential and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development – Actively prospect, follow up on leads, and secure new clients
  • Client Consultations – Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to provide tailored design solutions
  • Present Design Concepts – Use SketchUp 3D, AutoCAD 2D, and Enscape to showcase designs
  • Sales Target Achievement – Secure a minimum of £50K net project value per month
  • Project Coordination – Work with the project team to ensure smooth execution from contract signing to completion
  • CRM & Administration – Maintain client records, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in KBB or interiors
  • Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in SketchUp 3D, AutoCAD 2D, and CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Passion for interior design and a strong understanding of current industry trends
  • Ability to meet sales targets and maintain excellent client satisfaction
  • Polish-speaking is a plus but not essential
