Service Delivery Manager

Our client offers a cloud-based job management software that significantly boosts efficiency and productivity for businesses, particularly in the construction and facilities management sectors. The software includes features such as real-time job scheduling and tracking, mobile access for field engineers, and secure data storage for compliance and reporting. Their platform enhances customer management by providing clients with up-to-date job progress information.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT services meet SLAs and manage service disruptions.
• Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff.
• Develop and refine operational processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback.
• Oversee IT projects from planning to completion.
• Manage operational budget and financial reporting.
• Implement new tools and stay updated on tech trends.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Customer-facing experience.
