Workday UK Payroll Functional Lead / Manager

A Manager level opportunity with a leading global Workday Partner. A Workday UK Payroll Functional Lead is required to play a role blending commercial, leadership and strategic oversight on Workday Payroll projects.

This hire will inherit an existing team of Workday Payroll Consultants and will be tasked with a range of commercial and practical duties ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

Workday UK Payroll Functional Lead - Required Profile:

• Working at Manager level operating strategically within a leading global Workday Partner.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday UK Payroll.
• Playing a key role within the Practice ensuring customer's requirements are met and exceeded.
• Delivering implementation oversight and hands-on duties relating to Workday UK Payroll projects.
• Providing direct line management and leadership to a specialist Workday Payroll team of 3-5 Certified Consultants.
• Providing expert input to Sales / Pre-sales activities working alongside Solution Architects.

This remote role, with occasional business travel, can be based in the UK or the EU and requires existing Workday UK Payroll Certification. An attractive benefits and bonus plan is available in addition to base salary in the region of £/€80,000 to £/€90,000.
