Sustainability Manager

I am working with a market leading international construction company as they have started their search for a Sustainability Manager.

Are you ready to take your career in construction to the next level? You will be asked to oversee project sustainability, ensure compliance with environmental standards (e.g. BREEAM, LEED), and drive initiatives to meet the company’s sustainability goals. This role is London based and will require 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to project teams to meet and beat objectives
2. Support the Environmental Sustainability Management Plan for projects
3. Identify BREEAM, LEED and WELL actions
4. Collaborate with project teams to create tailored strategies
5. Identify and implement sustainability innovations
6. Develop working relationships
7. Support development of the annual Sustainability Report
8. Deliver training to project teams on environmental responsibilities
9. Have control of updated policy and regulatory landscape
10. Engage with supply chain partners

Experience:

1. 3+ years’ experience in a relevant sustainability role
2. Experience in BREEAM, LEED, and WELL
3. Life Cycle assessments
4. NABERS knowledge
5. ISO14001
