About the role of Assistant Technical Coordinator
You will be responsible for the residential regeneration scheme in Hertfordshire consisting of 500+ flats across seven blocks and up to 16 storeys, to budget, to agreed quality standards, safely, by motivating teams, and performing to the highest level. You will also be responsible for adhering to and always engaging with the quality management system and other company procedures.
