We have a fantastic opportunity for a Transatlantic Sea Logistics Field Sales Representative to join our team in the UK.
Your Role
The Transatlantic Focused Field Sales is a national role that predominantly focuses on new business in the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment for Export and Import. They are part of our Trade Team and report directly to the Trade Manager. The ideal candidate has a thorough, up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the Transatlantic market in terms of the geography of the trade and the service offerings such as sailings, transit times, reliability, specific country documentation regulations, local standards, operational requirements, as well as the type of industry/goods/commodity traded on the particular routes. The Transatlantic Field Sales Representative will spend most of their time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business and working hand in hand with the Trade team to identify and follow up on sales leads and develop new opportunities, whilst also working alongside Customer Care teams to assist in delivering excellence in customer support.
