Relocation Opportunity: Human Resources Director

A Relocation opportunity to join a leading Construction & Interior Group

We are looking for a qualified HR professional with at least 10 years of leadership experience, ideally gained within construction, interior fit out or consultancy sectors.

As HR Director, you will report directly to the Group Managing Director and play a central role in shaping a people-first culture across the organisation. Leading strategic HR initiatives, your focus will be to embed best practices and strengthen the company’s ability to attract, retain, and develop talent.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
  • A hands-on, commercial approach to HR, with a focus on delivering high employee satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices across core areas including:
    • Talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
    • Performance management and appraisal systems.
    • Grading, compensation & benefits structures.
    • Learning and development, internal progression and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated success in building effective teams and leading change initiatives.
  • Experience developing hiring strategies for senior management and highly skilled roles.
  • Technical understanding of M&E and interior construction environments.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR policy, compliance, and employment law.
  • Proven track record in implementing structure, systems, and scalable processes.
