Have you ever wondered how Amazon delivers so quickly, or if delivery speeds could improve even further? In the Amazon EU Supply Chain Placement Analytics & Engineering team, we drive innovation for our customers to enhance product availability and speed while reducing costs and carbon emissions. This role will give a unique view into Amazon Inventory Placement systems, processes, and operations, enabling collaboration with planning, operations, and technical teams. Among others, you will have the opportunity to simplify our supply chain network to deliver faster and cheaper.
If you excel at coordinating multiple initiatives, removing team blockers, reporting to senior leadership, and have a proven track record in Program Management (or similar), we'd like to talk to you.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Basic SQL skills for data retrieval
