We have an exceptional opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join one of the UK's leading Ingredients Specialists based in the Lincolnshire area. Main responsibilities for the successful Quality Administrator:

1. Work alongside the Technical team to assist suppliers in developing corrective action plans that prevent repeat occurrences.
2. Assume responsibility for compliance checks on all quality and technical documents related to loads and container arrivals, primarily but not limited to our 3PL storage site.
3. Share responsibility for managing samples, including receipt, logging, and cataloguing from suppliers, as well as preparing and sending samples to customers.
4. Deliver specific technical functions as required by the business, suppliers, and customers, including QMS, specifications, and due diligence.
5. Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and industry bodies as required by the business.
6. Maintain key control documents and company forms, ensuring accuracy and careful distribution of information and data both internally and externally.
7. Conduct quality control checks on products at various points in the supply chain when required, reporting findings against agreed specifications.

Main requirements for the successful Quality Administrator:

1. At least 3-5 years' experience in IQF and/or fresh fruit markets, preferably delivering into a highly demanding manufacturing environment with a blue-chip customer base.
2. Educated to degree level, but not essential.
3. Possess GCSE or GCE Ordinary Level passes or equivalent in including Mathematics and English Language.
4. Comprehensive understanding of global fruit markets.
5. A track record of effective procurement negotiation and project management.
6. Outstanding personal communication skills, with the ability to act well under pressure in all situations (internally & externally).
7. Be a competent administrator with previous experience in a similar role.
8. Be sufficiently numerate, a clear logical thinker, and have good analytical skills.
9. Be self-motivated with a 'can do' approach.
10. Be able to manage and work as part of a team as well as independently when required.
11. Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
12. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Word to create and modify documents, Excel to record data and calculate results, and Outlook to communicate internally and externally.
