Job Description

• Provide expert advice on employment law
• Management Employee Relations casework
• Working with a variety of clients for all Employment Law and HR Matters
• Stakeholder management
• Working in a fast paced environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR & Employment Specialist should have:

• CIPD Qualified Level 5 or above or qualified Employment Law Solicitor
• Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software ideally Salesforce
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-stress situations.
