Job Description
Provide expert advice on employment law
Management Employee Relations casework
Working with a variety of clients for all Employment Law and HR Matters
Stakeholder management
Working in a fast paced environment
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR & Employment Specialist should have:
CIPD Qualified Level 5 or above or qualified Employment Law Solicitor
Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software ideally Salesforce
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-stress situations.
