HR Change Lead

We are looking for an experienced HR Change Lead to join a dynamic business in the manufacturing industry. This high-impact role will lead the people (HR) aspects of a global systems implementation set to go live in the UK this October, followed by Europe.

Description

As HR Change Lead, you will oversee the HR aspects of a global systems implementation, managing people-related impacts throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and executing change management strategies, ensuring effective communication across the business.
2. Overseeing workforce planning and assessing impacts on the operating model.
3. Implementing training programmes to support a successful 'go live' in the UK, and future rollouts in Europe.
4. Managing and guiding a small HR team to support project delivery.
5. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to integrate people-related elements within the project.

Profile

️ Significant HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
️ Proven track record leading change management in large-scale global projects.
️ Strong understanding of global systems implementations and their workforce impact.
️ Excellent communication skills and experience leading change.
️ Flexibility to travel to the North West of the UK on occasion.
