As HR Change Lead, you will oversee the HR aspects of a global systems implementation, managing people-related impacts throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

️ Significant HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
️ Proven track record leading change management in large-scale global projects.
️ Strong understanding of global systems implementations and their workforce impact.
️ Excellent communication skills and experience leading change.
️ Flexibility to travel to the North West of the UK on occasion.
