Are you from an engineering background looking to join a specialist precision engineering firm that operates in the aerospace and defence industries? This company offers a flexible work structure and opportunities for progression.
Are you interested in the quality area and looking to be trained in the ISO:9001 and AS:9100 accreditations?
This company has been established for four decades and has seen significant growth, manufacturing precision engineered parts for various sectors including defence and aerospace.
There is a team of 3 quality inspectors already working to uphold the multitude of accreditations this company possesses, including ISO:9001:2015 and AS:9100. The suitable candidate will become a vital asset to the business by expanding this team.
This role will see the suitable candidate carry out routine quality checks to maintain the high standards of the exports of the business. The candidate will be expected to have good communication skills and a sound understanding of quality to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers on issues.

The Role:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Work to maintain the AS9100 and ISO 9001 accreditations
Gather inspection reports to customer requirements
Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues
Carry out first stage, mid stage, and final inspections on products
The Person:
Experience in a quality background
Familiar with machining
