Senior Talent Agent - FTC

Please note: this is a Maternity Cover contract, starting in March 2025 for a duration of 9 - 10 months.

Role Overview

A highly exciting entertainment talent agency is looking for an experienced Talent Agent to step in on a maternity cover basis, managing a roster of digital creators and broadcast personalities.

The role involves securing opportunities, providing strategic career support, and negotiating contracts in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

1. Represent a roster of both digital and broadcast talent in their careers.
2. Lead a team of junior talent agents & assistants.
3. Source authentic brand partnership opportunities for talent.
4. Secure TV appearances for talent, helping digital talent explore opportunities across TV & radio.
5. Seamlessly draft and negotiate contracts.
6. Build and maintain industry relationships to secure high-value opportunities.
7. Stay ahead of trends in digital content and broadcast media.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in talent management, preferably in both the digital and broadcast sectors.
2. Experience working on both TV and literary projects.
3. Highly organized - able to juggle multiple tasks at once and manage multiple talents' diaries.
4. An excellent network of contracts within television and wider broadcast.
