Job description

Kew Gardens is a leading visitor attraction, welcoming millions of visitors a year. This new role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our groups, from ticket purchase to entry. You will be part of the Visitor Operations Team which comprises commercial and visitor-facing functions, driving revenue for Kew through admissions and events and delivering a world-class experience for visitors to the Gardens.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in ticketing, preferably with groups within a visitor attraction or cultural institution. Responsibilities include group allocations, booking procedures, payments, coach slot bookings, and ticketing for commercial events. Assisting in the development and implementation of ticketing policies and procedures will also be a core part of the role. We are excited to see individuals who have a proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting ticketing operations both online and in person, providing excellent customer service and supporting event setups and sales. You will embody excellence in system and people management. You will be a team player who can manage conflicting priorities and work on your own initiative.

Interviews are due to take place the week commencing 21st April.

This is a full-time permanent position. It is based at Kew Gardens, with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
