Are you an experienced retailer with a passion for outdoor living? Our client, a small but well-established garden centre group, is looking for a hands-on Outdoor Leisure Supervisor to oversee their outdoor living department.

About the Role

As Outdoor Leisure Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the department, working closely with the manager to ensure strong stock management, engaging merchandising, and a well-motivated team. You'll play a key role in developing staff, driving sales, and maintaining high standards, stepping up to lead in the manager's absence.

The Ideal Candidate
