As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, developing strong relationships, and offering tailored advice on their most complex tax issues. You will also lead and mentor a team of junior professionals, helping them to develop their skills and expertise across diverse client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide solutions and contribute to business growth.
2. Lead a team of junior tax professionals, supporting their development and overseeing their work on a variety of client projects.
3. Stay inquisitive and proactive in understanding the changing business and tax environments, advising clients on how this impacts their business.
4. Oversee tax compliance services and work closely with the compliance team.
5. Manage risk processes, financial metrics, and internal relationships with specialist teams.
