London: The Wellington Hospital & Corporate
Full time: 40hrs per week (Fixed term until May 2026)
Shifts: Monday – Friday (4 days pw)

We’re looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced nurse to work as a Clinical Practice Facilitator with experience within Medical & Surgical Nursing to work within The Wellington Hospital & Corporate on a Fixed term contract until May 2026.
The Clinical Practice Facilitator is responsible for developing nursing practice and supporting the professional development of nursing staff across the facility. This includes the inpatient and outpatient departments on all campuses. This will include working closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialists to ensure a multi-faceted approach to education and training and developing individual learning plans with staff, acting as a mentor and role model to nursing staff using evidenced-based best practices to ensure the highest level of nursing standards are upheld.
