Area to be covered: South West & South Wales

Remuneration: £45,000 negotiable + 30% bonus

Benefits: £650 per month car allowance & comprehensive benefits packages

The role of the Business Development Manager - Automatic Door Systems will involve:

1. National Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of automatic door & security systems.
2. All of your time will be spent selling to end users, façade contractors, security contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors.
3. Working in a buddy system with a dedicated specification sales team.
4. Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £800k however not set in stone.
5. Projects sizes will vary in size and scope.

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Automatic Door Systems with:

1. Field sales experience in the construction industry selling to contractors.
2. Experience ideally from the automatic doors, sliding doors, security systems, barriers, swing doors, access control sector.
3. Able to motivate and develop people.
4. Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality.
