Portering Manager- Kings College Hospital

• £49000 per annum DOE
• 40 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7 to suit business needs

We're currently recruiting a Portering Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

• Experience of leading and managing a porter team in a healthcare environment
• Experience in promoting and ensuring compliance with H&S requirements
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Organised and considered approach to problem solving
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment
• I.T. literate

• Knowledge of the portering services in hospitals and the operational challenges and opportunities faced on a daily basis
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with a broad range of people
• Excellent management skills to organise and deliver a consistently high standard service
• Excellent leadership skills to inspire confidence and represent Company values
• Sound judgement and critical decision-making abilities
