Role Overview:

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, implementing HR policies, and supporting the growth and development of our workforce. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our people strategy aligns with the company's ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and maintain top-tier talent.
3. Manage performance appraisal systems and drive employee engagement programs.
4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry-specific regulations.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
6. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
7. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
8. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to enhance workplace diversity.
9. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 2+ years experience as an HR manager
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the aerospace, engineering, or technology sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
