About the Role

As a Drainage Engineer at Metcor Environmental, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and maintenance works, diagnosing and repairing drainage issues efficiently, and providing accurate job updates using our mobile app. You will work across a range of commercial and industrial sites, ensuring high standards of service and identifying further works where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to reactive and emergency drainage issues, ensuring prompt resolutions.
2. Carry out internal and external drainage repairs, including CCTV surveys and plumbing work.
3. Use high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) to clear blockages.
4. Provide clear job updates via our in-house app and liaise with our 24/7 helpdesk.
5. Work independently and as part of a team to maintain commercial drainage systems.

What We’re Looking For

1. A full, clean UK driving licence.
2. At least three years’ experience in the drainage industry.
3. Experience in internal and external drainage works, including jetting, unblocking, CCTV surveys, civils, and lining.
4. Ideally holds Confined Space and HPWJ certifications (not essential).
