The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic sales and make executive decisions on behalf of the organisation to ensure Sea are outstanding within the Shipping industry. You should be self-motivated, have an interest in increasing brand awareness, and present the brand portfolio with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Create regional sales plans in alignment with business revenue goals
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives in alignment with business objectives
  • Report on key KPI’s such as regional sales results across product, region etc.
  • Provide visibility on regional sales pipeline
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet regional sales objectives
  • Analyse regional market dynamics to align product offering client needs and to create new sales growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Onboarding, Marketing, and Product and Technology teams with regards to sales activity, approach, and insights
  • Be an ambassador of Sea educating our customers, partners and other stakeholders about our purpose, values, and vision
