As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Recruiter to join us and play a key role in attracting and onboarding the best talent in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in sales, operations, and support.
3. Manage the full recruitment cycle — from first contact to onboarding.
4. Promote our company culture and position us as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
5. Collaborate directly with the CEO and senior management to align hiring with our growth strategy.
6. Help build scalable systems and processes to support our expanding team.

What We're Looking For:

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruiter role, ideally within real estate or a sales-driven environment.
2. A proven track record of successfully hiring high-performing professionals.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for connecting people to opportunity.
6. Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
7. Strong understanding of the UAE talent market, especially within real estate or related industries.
