USED CAR SALES MANAGER - COLNE AREA

PRESTIGE FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP

Our well respected motor trade client is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager for their franchised main dealership; main dealer experience is essential for this position.

Salary:
£36k Basic
£55k - £57k OTE

Hours:
5 day working week
1 weekend in, 1 off

Company Car

Responsibilities:

1. Managing the team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager
2. Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products
3. Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
4. Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online
5. Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility
6. Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
7. Collating finance proposals for customers
8. Ensuring full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff.

Skills/Experience:

1. FCA Accredited
2. Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal
4. Commercial awareness and financial analysis
5. Good understanding of the Used Car market place
6. Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
7. A calm and professional manner
8. IT literate & full UK driving licence
