Job description

The company is a market leading manufacturer of Medical beds, Mattress systems, Patient hoists, Assisted baths and Disinfection washers in Hospitals, Nursing Homes and in the community.

With a market leading presence, they now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Field Service Engineer.

The Role:

  1. You will be responsible for successful Installation, Upgrades, Maintenance, and Repairs on the products.
  2. The position is home office based in Hammersmith, Shepards Bush or Chelsea.
  3. The territory covered is London and there will be around 80% travel.
  4. Liaising with the customer, once work is allocated, giving notice of visit with an agreed date and time.
  5. Feedback any recommendations to following visits to customers' premises. On an ongoing basis, contribute ideas and observations in a constructive manner that may support ongoing improvement in products and services.
  6. Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

The Requirements:

  1. Educated or Qualified with Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Languages: Fluent English is required.
  3. Valid Drivers Licence.
  4. Goal oriented, highly motivated and excellent communication skills are essential.
