Senior Business Development (Financial Services) for a Software Development Consultancy
Software Dev technology consultancy company who build the digital journeys that SaaS vendors can’t or won’t try.
Ambitions to grow to £100 million and continue their global expansion.
The Role:
Start building the strategy to enable growth of the company both domestically and internationally.
Selling to BFSI customers
Existing customers in the Wealth Management & Payments space.
Whilst driving the commercial growth, be part of the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem to both employees and the local population.
Bringing in a network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business.
Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and enhance and build a team that can drive the deals to enable growth. You will need to have a collaborative style and work closely with marketing, ops, and delivery directors to support the team.
The Candidate:
Experience in selling IT Services, Software Development Services, Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, etc. to Financial Services.
Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m.
High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture.
Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level.
Well versed in agile and lean practices.

Clients in Insurance, Banking, etc.
Base of up to £140k OTE up to £280k
Location - access to London 2 days/week
