Wordbank is seeking an experienced HubSpot specialist to audit, optimize, and enhance a HubSpot CRM & marketing setup for a B2B UK client - to provide a clear, full-funnel view of marketing performance and connect it directly to sales/CRM and ROI tracking. We're looking for support for 10 to 15 hours per month for the time being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Optimize HubSpot CRM:
- Review the clients current HubSpot setup, data structure, and integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (their other, legacy CRM)
- Recommend improvements to streamline lead tracking and funnel management based on the latest HubSpot best practices.
- Marketing Performance Reporting Setup:
- Build custom dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track MQLs, SQLs, pipeline progression, and ROI.
- Ensure accurate multi-touch attribution of leads to marketing channels (paid, organic, email, social, etc.).
- Implement HubSpot's latest measurement features to improve marketing and sales reporting.
- Lead & Lifecycle Stage Optimization:
- Define and implement clear lifecycle stages in HubSpot to track lead progression.
- Optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and automation to improve handoff to sales.
- Marketing Attribution & ROI Analysis:
- Implement attribution modeling using the latest HubSpot reporting tools.
- Set up tracking for campaign spend vs. revenue generated to assess marketing ROI.
- Training & Documentation:
- Provide training for the marketing team on using new dashboards and reporting tools.
- Document processes and best practices for ongoing measurement and reporting success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead tracking.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HubSpot’s latest measurement and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to create custom reports and dashboards for marketing and sales insights.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing attribution modeling.
- Excellent communication skills to advise on best practices and train teams.
- Fluent in English.
