Ensure Safety and Compliance has been providing high-quality fire safety and health & safety services since 2006. With offices in Petersfield and Portsmouth, Hampshire, we support public and private sector clients.

We are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join our well established and experienced team. If you’re a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you! Full training will be provided where necessary.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Fire Risk Assessor. In this role, you will conduct Fire Risk Assessments and Health & Safety Risk Assessments at various client sites. Whether you’re experienced or looking to advance your career, we will provide full training and professional development to support your growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site Fire Risk Assessments and General Health & Safety Risk Assessments.
• Produce detailed reports with clear recommendations.
• Engage with clients to provide expert guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and best practices.

• A strong willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong report writing and IT literacy.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrable qualification and experience in conducting Fire Risk Assessments (commercial and/or residential).
