Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a new employee for our HeadChannel brand. Both our companies, HeadChannel Consulting (UK-based) and LibraTeam (Poland), are a part of the Coheasus Group, and we are growing from month to month.

We have two offices: London and Katowice.

Your responsibilities:

• You will prepare project specifications according to our standards.
• You will translate business needs to the language that is clearly understood by our technical team.
• You will create documentation, wireframes, and visualisations of processes, helping to collate and systemise all project-related information.
• You will create and refine a Product Backlog for the development team.
• You will combine the traditional methods of conducting business analysis with modern technologies/approaches.

Requirements:

• Native English.
• Knowledge of the IT industry.
• Good communicator, proactive, analytical thinking, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Preferred degree: computer science, economics, maths, physics, or similar.
• 3 to 5 years knowledge of business analysis.
• Experience in business app stack (MS Office, Power BI, Canva, Mural, Google Workspace, Azure, Jira, Slack, etc.).
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in using AI in daily operations.

Nice to have:

• Experience in low-code/no-code platform(s).
• Experience in building AI flows/AI agents.
• Experience in fine-tuning data models.
• Experience in wireframing tools - UXPin, Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.
• Technical background.

Projects:
You will be involved in various projects, initially providing support on projects in HealthCare and Manufacturing with a high focus on AI, with a view to taking over full responsibility for requirements gathering while learning from our experienced team.
