Salary: £45,944, increasing to £49,654 after 12 months

This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our Farringdon office, with flexibility required in line with business needs.
Be instrumental in enhancing Royal Mail International (RMI) and Parcelforce customers' global reach across 200 countries. Join a team that is solely focused on improving our proposition to thousands of account customers, from SMEs exporting for the first time to major e-commerce firms with established overseas markets. Our International team is dedicated to growing our customers' export business and driving significant profit to the company.
This is a great opportunity to make an impact, effect change, and have significant input as an Export Sales Analysis and Performance Management Manager. Your role will be responsible for exploiting sales and finance data to understand customer performance trends, opportunities/risk, and to expedite effective performance management of the 350 strong Royal Mail and Parcelforce salesforce.
The next stage of the selection process will be a face-to-face interview consisting of competency-based and role-specific questions. We plan to hold interviews late January.
