An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist specialising in MSK to join our team in Carmarthen. This ongoing locum contract offers a competitive rate of £28 per hour and the flexibility of either full-time or part-time work, with hours from Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30.

As a Band 6 Physiotherapist within our MSK team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and rehabilitation to our patients.

What you will do:

  1. Assess, diagnose, and develop individualised treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions
  2. Use manual therapy techniques, exercise therapy, and other treatment methods to aid patient recovery
  3. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  4. Educate patients on self-management strategies to prevent recurrence of conditions
  5. Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  6. Provide support and guidance to junior physiotherapy staff and students as needed
