I am currently on the hunt for a skilled Project Manager looking to lead complex software implementations in a dynamic, international environment. You will join a fast-growing international company where you’ll manage high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Define scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans.
2. Execution & Monitoring: Oversee project phases, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
4. Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records, conduct project reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
6. Team Development: Mentor team members and foster collaboration.

About You:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field OR 2+ years of project management experience in a client-facing role.
2. PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
3. Proven experience managing multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
4. Experience with SaaS implementations, cloud-based solutions, or subscription-based platforms.
5. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
