Position Overview:

The Seasonal Retail Associate is responsible for supporting the store in delivering highly engaging customer journeys, helping cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. You embody Canadian Warmth, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, helping bring the guest journey to life. You collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer journey and are a steward of Canada Goose’s values and culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving your store’s results.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics.
• Support upkeeping the overall physical store maintenance, standards, and cleanliness.
• Effectively organize the stock room and efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain the sales floor and stock room inventory ensuring floor is replenished accordingly.
• Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge.
• Demonstrate curiosity and passion for learning and development.
• Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools.
• Follow all standard operating procedures with excellence.
• Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.

Let’s Talk About You:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and must be flexible to work retail hours.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
