Talent Acquisition Specialist (UK & Europe)

Job Type: Permanent/Contract

Location: London, UK

Work mode: Remote (As and when client needs to attend office)

As a Lead Solution Architect you will be expected to own end-to-end Architecture, creating, running, and maintenance of Offers, Strategies, campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performing Analysis of client requirements.
  2. Provide detailed solution architecture and Design.
  3. Drive the design changes and technical deliveries from architect standpoint.
  4. Lead and Develop Applications using Pega.
  5. Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing solutions using Pega Infinity.
  6. Develop and demonstrate an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  1. Pega LSA Certified and experience in Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
  2. IT experience with n-tier, database and client server design/development.
  3. Experience with Pega Infinity with experience in new Pega capabilities.
  4. Experience on Pega CS, CDH frameworks, Robotics and AI capabilities on Cloud Based implementation.
  5. Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
  6. Previous experience as a lead architect on multiple large-scale product or enterprise designs.
  7. Expertise and good understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL and different data sources including architecting and designing for performance and scalability solutions.
  8. Solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object Oriented concepts.
  9. Experience working with any of the Servlet containers or Enterprise containers like Tomcat. Should have knowledge in using any of the mentioned servers like deployment, configuring & troubleshooting.
  10. Optimize system performance and scalability and security for Pega application.

Desirable knowledge:

  1. Database and SQL knowledge.
