Base pay range

JOB TITLE: Data Entry Administrator
SHIFTS: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30 (30 minute unpaid break)
SALARY: £26,000 p/a
BASE: Luton

With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe, we are looking for a Data Entry Administrator to play a major role in our Global Solutions team.

Our dedicated airside fleet and driving team offer a uniquely transparent one-stop-shop in aviation logistics. We provide customer-tailored services including domestic and international scheduled transport; freight management; UK & European aircraft-on-ground (AOG) dedicated transport; and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring shared email inbox
  • Utilising operations system to raise references for invoicing
  • Processing customs formalities including processing export and import declarations, arranging customs clearance, and duty deferment processing.
  • General administration
  • Ensuring job accounting is accurate at all times including the accruing of all costs and invoicing of jobs at the soonest opportunity post operational completion
  • Assisting colleagues in maintaining the effectiveness of customs data entry

You:

  • The ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • 5 Year checkable employment history & Right to work in the UK (no gaps in employment above 28 consecutive days)
