Position: Supervisor

Location: Basingstoke (RG24)

Shift Patterns: Part Time - 3 days a week - Flexibility is required across all days of the week, but rotas are given out a month in advance - opening times are 9am till 6pm and 10am till 4pm at weekends.

Salary: £13,450 per annum + Bonuses, holidays etc.

Job Overview: As a Supervisor in Basingstoke, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours. Your workweek will be 39.5 hours, operating Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Salary & Bonuses: Your base salary is £22,700, with additional monthly bonuses that can elevate your annual earnings to between £24,000 and £25,000.

Responsibilities: Your role as a Supervisor will include:

1. Elevating and maintaining high customer service standards within the store.
2. Ensuring company and brand standards are consistently met, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
3. Achieving store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you should:

1. Possess boundless energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service.
2. Bring experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented industry.
