Job description

SISTER has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our busy in-house team in the role of Personal Assistant. The role will have responsibility for assisting the Creative Director, Scripted, London, Senior Creative Executive, and Executive Producer. Working closely and supporting with current productions including diary and inbox management, day-to-day admin, and travel arrangements.

There is an opportunity within the role to grow and develop skills within HETV. The ideal person for this role will thrive on organisation, making sure our team and office are happy, be fun-spirited, and passionate about HETV drama.

Role Summary

This role is an integral part of the in-house team with responsibility to support our Creative Director, Naomi de Pear, Senior Creative Executive Katie Carpenter, and Executive Producer Holly Pullinger:

  1. Extensive diary and inbox management, managing all meeting arrangements, navigating changing schedules whilst ensuring priorities are met.
  2. Understanding priorities and reacting quickly to the changing demands of the schedule.
  3. Plan in advance requirements for on-set visits and external trips and meetings.
  4. Ensure the Executives are prepped for meetings and flag actions that may need to be done ahead of meetings.
  5. Keeping on top of production schedules and maintaining relationships with external production teams.
  6. Management of scripts, logging and filing the correct versions and has time allocated for reading and reviewing new scripts and cuts.
  7. Communicating with in-house production, legal, and development teams to set meetings and ensure they are abreast of all information relating to their projects.
  8. Event organisation – alongside the other PAs and Office Management team at SISTER, be active in the organisation of various events including dinners, parties, screenings, away days, and Christmas parties.
  9. Working collaboratively with the wider PA and Office Management team at SISTER, covering for holidays and managing general requests in the office as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience essential, ideally within a creative environment.
  • Strong passion for HETV and an interest in a career within the industry.
  • Knowledge or experience of production processes would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Experience of using a MAC would be beneficial.
