Senior Supply Chain Business Partner

Gourock

£65,000 - £70,000 per annum

ARM are currently recruiting for a Senior Supply Chain Business Partner on a permanent basis. You will be required to deliver value to the Company through the creation, implementation and delivery of effective Procurement and Supply Chain Strategies.

The Role:

  • Management of department processes should be in line with company expectations and ensuring consultation is completed with relevant process reviewers when adding, amending, deleting, and reviewing owned processes.
  • Maintain market knowledge of areas of expenditure and assist in developing Supply Chain strategies that will underpin Company objectives.
  • Formulate, negotiate, and manage a defined range of market areas to secure the best terms and conditions, and financial outcome for the Company.
  • Review transactional activity and deliver Procurement Strategies to address non-value add activities.
  • Responsible for reviewing all relevant Legislation, rules, processes and procedures and recommend enhancements to deliver continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance.
  • Manage and develop a suite of KPIs and management reporting specific to your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply or equivalent Professional qualification is essential.
  • Significant Procurement, Supply Chain and Contract Management experience is essential.
  • Experience of conducting major Contract negotiations is essential.
  • Experience of managing and leading Supply Chain professionals is essential.
  • Working knowledge of the Supply Chain and Procurement and Contracting processes including Legislation is essential.
