Are you an Operations Director or similar with a background in Turbines looking to join a multi-million pound company who have recently undergone a large investment, where you will be the driving force behind continued growth of the company?

Do you want the opportunity to be heavily involved in Senior leadership, ensuring cross departmental success and efficiency, leading work that will directly impact all areas of the business?

This company, established in the 1980's, has seen rapid growth, now with a turnover of over 12 million. After being acquired in 2018 by a large firm, they have seen excellent growth. They specialise in providing services including repairs and upgrades to legacy gas turbines, and have clients worldwide including Canada, UAE and Australia. Due to their continued growth plans, they are now looking to add an Operations Director to work with the CEO and support growth.

This is a varied role where you will bring your wealth of Power Generation experience, managing internal stakeholders, training and development of staff, managing engineers, as well as cross departmental operations, from projects, supply chain, and service.

This role would suit an Operations Director with a background in Power Generation looking to be a vital cog in an everchanging landscape.

The Role:

• Operations Director, working closely with the CEO.
• Delivering latest technological solutions.
• Lead business transformation projects.

The Person:

• Operations Director with experience in Turbines.
• Commutable to Lincoln.
