Role Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering development and delivering impactful projects.
2. Project Management: Oversee highways and drainage schemes for infrastructure and building projects valued between £1m to £500m+.
3. Technical Expertise: Provide innovative solutions across diverse sectors.
4. People Management: Perform line management duties, ensuring team growth and efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Proven expertise in Civil Engineering.
2. Must be chartered with 8 years of minimum relevant experience.
3. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
4. Proficient in managing resources empathetically and effectively.
5. Technical competency with design software such as PDS, Flow, or Civil 3D.
