Job Description

• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Providing VAT advice and guidance to various departments
• Ensuring VAT compliance in all transactions
• Assisting in the preparation of VAT budgets and forecasts
• Participating in VAT audits
• Identifying opportunities for VAT efficiency
• Keeping up to date with VAT legislation and industry best practices
• Maintaining accurate VAT records and documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful VAT Accountant should have:

• An appropriate accounting qualification
• Extensive knowledge of VAT legislation and compliance requirements
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism
