We are looking for an individual with excellent communication, administrative, supervisory and secretarial skills. The successful candidate will provide a Personal Assistant service to the Specialist Surgery Management Team. You will also undertake staff supervision and workload management for a large group of administrative staff.
The role of the Personal Assistant will include the management of email and diaries, acting as a key point of contact, minute taking, setting up and managing office procedures, specific project work and data management amongst other duties.
The Administrative Supervisor role will include recruitment, retention and discipline of staff and management of workloads.

Hours of work are: 37 per week, Monday to Friday. Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 Months.
